	Jenny Wilton, our Managing Director is an accomplished Business Manager with more than 15 years experience of PCB and electromechanical assembly in both the commercial and defence sectors. Jenny is a Six Sigma Black belt and Lean Manufacturing practitioner with extensive experience of analysing and implementing process improvements, developing and implementing business improvement strategies and managing process improvement projects. Jenny prides herself on her common sense approach to Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing and her ability to engage with ALL people in an organisation to ensure that any change implemented is sustained. She has been particularly successful in implementing progressive management philosophies to develop individuals within an organisation empowering them to fulfil their potential and help to improve business processes as part of their daily working lives.
